Scope and Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing waste and environmental services solutions and projects. In addition, this person will lead the pursuit of new business opportunities by establishing strong relationships with both existing and potential new clients.

?????????Act as the primary liaison for the stakeholder (existing client, new client, potential seller, potential partner, governmental body)
?????????Manage and participate in proposal preparation, pricing and presentations
?????????Assess projects and targets in terms of financial, technical and commercial aspects
?????????Formulate and draft technical proposals reflecting the knowledge and strategic approach in developing new objects
?????????Serve as liaison (operations, finance, legal, insurance, risk management, etc.) throughout the entire process
?????????Ensure a smooth transfer of the projects to the operation team.
?????????Assess competitor strengths, weaknesses and strategic direction
?????????Develop and maintain a commercial network

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
?????????Fluent English
?????????Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
?????????At least 10 years of experience in business development within the chemical, waste or environmental services industry
?????????3 + years of experience within a commercial industry
?????????Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the waste and environmental services market
?????????Experience working in the Korea is highly desirable
?????????Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and understand projects and decide whether it fits with the group expectation.
